Check the model before the download
Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Google TV and NVIDIA Shield are relevant device families. Supported Fire TV and Formuler models may also work, but the product name alone does not confirm the operating system. Tell us the model number, software version and whether you already have a player installed.
Get a verified installation route
Request the approved installer through our support form. We have not published a public APK, app-store listing or Downloader code for this site. Do not use a download from an unrelated Sonic or Sonix website and assume it belongs to us. The IPTV Sonic app found in app stores may be a separate product.
An app and a subscription do different jobs
Installing a player does not supply service access. Enter only the credentials issued for your order after your setup is confirmed. If you already use another compatible player, tell us its exact name before requesting new instructions. A third-party app may have its own licence charge.
Guide, replay and integrated VPN
EPG and catch-up are available on supported feeds and players. Our player also supports an integrated VPN in compatible versions. It is not a guarantee of better speed: connection quality, server distance and device settings still matter. Support can help you compare the available setup options.
