Televisions and streaming devices
Samsung and LG televisions use different app systems from Android TV or Google TV. Fire TV devices also vary by model and operating system. Send the exact device name so the team can confirm the appropriate player. Our own Android player is an option only where its installation method is supported.
Phones, tablets and computers
Android devices can use supported Android players. iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Windows and macOS require an appropriate player for their own platform. Your service login and any separate app purchase are different things. Avoid paying for an app before compatibility has been checked.
Formuler and MAG
Some setups use an M3U or Xtream-style login; others use a device MAC address and portal. Follow the method issued for your model. Do not enter a MAC address into a username field or share complete access links in public. The trial form changes its fields to match the selected device family.
Count active streams
A connection means one simultaneous stream. Installing a player on several devices does not increase the active stream allowance. Choose the number of people watching at once, and ask about location arrangements if the devices are used in separate homes.
