Confirm the operating system
A television brand can sell several operating systems. Check whether the device actually runs Android TV or Google TV and record the model. NVIDIA Shield and supported Formuler devices should also be identified by model rather than brand name alone.
Use the approved player route
Our Android player is available for compatible devices. Request the verified installation instructions through support. Keep enough free storage and use the platform’s supported update process. Do not grant unexpected permissions to an APK from an unverified source.
Enter the correct account format
Use the login type supplied with your service. Copy server addresses accurately and avoid trailing spaces. An app activation code, MAC address and service password are different pieces of information; use only the fields described in your setup instructions.
Check before settling in
Load the channel selection, play a live feed and try a movie. Check remote navigation, audio, subtitles and the guide. If a problem persists, send the model, player version and exact symptom to support without including account passwords in a public message.
