Imagine the television showing a game while someone else watches a series on a tablet. That is two simultaneous streams. A phone used only after the television stops may not require another active connection. Count independent playback, not the number of installed apps.
Choose the allowance before checkout
Our membership page offers one to five simultaneous connections. Changing the selector updates the approved full-term price for every duration. The checkout summary should show the same number of connections and the same USD total before you enter payment details.
Set up a second screen carefully
Confirm the second device and player with support and follow the instructions issued for your account. A profile or favorites list does not create an extra connection. Stop playback in the old app before testing a new one if you have only one active stream.
Ask about separate locations
Do not assume that a multi-connection plan permits resale or every cross-household arrangement. Explain your intended setup to support. Keep credentials private and ask before distributing access beyond the agreed use.
