01

One channel or the whole service?

Try a second live channel and one on-demand title. If only a single feed fails, record its full name, region and the time. If everything fails, note whether the player can load the channel list or displays an account error.

02

Check the connection and active streams

Confirm that the device has a working connection and that the household is within its simultaneous stream allowance. Stop playback on another device before testing again. A strong Wi-Fi icon does not measure every part of the route to a stream.

03

Restart carefully and compare

Close and reopen the player, then restart the device if needed. Check for supported updates. If a VPN is active, tell support which configuration you use; do not assume switching regions will solve the problem. Avoid deleting saved settings before recording the relevant details.

04

Send a precise report

Include your order reference, device model, player, affected feed, exact error and the tests already tried. Never post passwords or full playlist URLs publicly. We cannot confirm another provider’s outage status from a search query or troubleshoot an account we did not issue.
